Returns Policy

All chevron kits are produced to order based on the selected vehicle and specifications.

As all kits are vehicle-specific, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect orders.

We accept returns only where a product is faulty or supplied incorrectly.

If you’re unsure about the correct kit for your vehicle, feel free to get in touch — you can also send us a quick photo of the rear doors, and we’ll confirm the correct kit before ordering.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us first and we will resolve it as quickly as possible. Returned items must not be used or applied.

Any issue must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

Where a product is faulty or supplied incorrectly, return shipping costs will be covered by us where appropriate.

We will repair, replace, or otherwise resolve any genuine issue as appropriate.

Collected Information

Personal information is requested when you register to become a member. During registration, you are asked to provide your name, email address, postal or zip code, etc. The more information you submit and the more accurate it is, the better we are able to tailor our services to your needs. We collect this information in order to compile usage statistics. Information that you provide for any third-party integration within our website builder is used to connect the integration to your account only. Depending on the integration, we may store your account ID, your access token, and certain pieces of information that are returned by the integration in order to maintain the connection between your third-party integration and your corresponding account.

Online Security

The online transaction processing is provided by Stripe using the highest commercially available encryption technology - Extended Validation (EV) SSL Certificate encryption. All confidential information is automatically encrypted before it is transmitted to protect the data from being read and interpreted.
